About

CAPIR stands for Centre for Alternative Perspectives in International Relations and is set up by Bisconia as an effort to further its academic rigidity while encouraging/promoting alternative thinking in the field of International Relations (IR).

As a Think Tank and a publishing house affiliated to Bisconia, CAPIR reaches out to various dimensions of influence in international and global politics and affairs in addition to Bisconia’s broad and reflective coverage in video form. Scholarly publications add foundational layers to Bisconia’s academic strength.

Being young academics themselves, the editorial board of Bisconia Press understands publishing academic works can be daunting at times. The publishing house of Bisconia serves as an incubator for young academics who are not intimidated to think outside of any boxes and are looking to blow a striking punch in the academia.
